Comes with the original game cartridge, box, manual, and cardboard tray insert.

There is also the original receipt from 1993 (not pictured, but included).

Condition is ''Fair.'' There is notable wear on the manual cover, as well as the box. The cartridge is in good shape with only very light wear from normal use. All of the manual pages are present and the pages all turn without issue; it''s mainly the front and rear manual cover that have folds/tears.
It''s not the prettiest copy, but it''s not the worst either.
